Terms of Service

Primary Toolbox provides digital song presentations, teaching tools, games, lesson and program planning, family rehearsal sharing, Primary organization tools, and related resources. Some features are free and others require Plus access.

Primary Toolbox is an independent educational resource. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Primary Toolbox is for adult leaders, teachers, and parents. Children, including children under 13, should not create accounts or use the service independently. You are responsible for your account, the information you provide, and activity through your account.

Use My Primary only when you are authorized to manage the names, classes, Boy / Girl settings, and avatar hair-color preferences you enter. The leader who enters that information is responsible for using the minimum information reasonably needed, following their organization's privacy requirements, and not entering sensitive pastoral, medical, behavioral, or family information.

You retain ownership of lesson plans, program text, notes, prompts, feedback, and other original content you submit. You give Willoway Media, LLC limited permission to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and support Primary Toolbox and provide the features you request.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for content you enter, upload, link, or share. Primary Toolbox does not give you rights to copyrighted songs, lyrics, images, audio, or other material that you do not otherwise have permission to use.

Watch resources may play through an official provider's embedded player, while listening and purchase resources may open official, creator, or publisher sites. Those provider services are separate from Primary Toolbox and are not part of a Plus subscription.

Anyone with an enabled family rehearsal link may view the program and approved rehearsal material included in that share. Review the content before sharing, disable the link when it is no longer needed, and do not include private leader notes or child information.

Some features use artificial intelligence to assist with responses, transcription, translation, creative work, or content preparation. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on or presenting it.

Do not submit confidential information or personal information about a child to an AI feature. AI prompts do not override Primary Toolbox's content, safety, sacred-imagery, or acceptable-use safeguards. See the AI Transparency page for more about the product's approach.

The plans page describes Free and Plus. The price, billing cadence, trial, discounts, and renewal terms shown at checkout are part of your purchase terms.

Primary Toolbox subscriptions are associated with the account that purchased the subscription and are not transferable to another person or account. If your calling, assignment, or responsibilities change, your subscription remains associated with your account through the applicable subscription period, subject to the cancellation terms described below.

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe and renew automatically at the displayed cadence until canceled. Unless the checkout terms say otherwise, a free trial converts to a paid subscription when the trial ends. You can cancel through the billing management experience; access generally continues through the end of the paid period. Except where required by law or expressly approved by Willoway Media, LLC, payments are generally nonrefundable and partial-period refunds are not provided.

Taxes and payment-provider or promotional terms may also apply. Questions about a charge or refund may be sent to primarytoolbox@gmail.com.

You may not:

• Use Primary Toolbox unlawfully or to violate another person's rights.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, billing, administrative, or technical systems.
• Interfere with, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Upload malicious code or use automated systems in a way that harms the service or other users.
• Use shared links to disclose private information without authorization.
• Use AI features to evade safety controls or generate harmful, deceptive, exploitative, or unlawful material.

Primary Toolbox may change or discontinue features and may experience interruptions. Uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability is not guaranteed.

Access may be suspended or terminated for a material violation of these Terms, unlawful or harmful use, nonpayment, security risk, or when needed to protect users or the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, and liability limits, will survive.

Primary Toolbox is a planning and educational aid. It does not replace personal judgment, organizational policies, safeguarding obligations, or appropriate supervision of children. You remain responsible for how you use and present the resources.

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Willoway Media, LLC disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, opportunity, or goodwill arising from the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. These Terms may be updated as Primary Toolbox changes. The posted effective date will identify the current version. Continuing to use the service after updated Terms take effect means accepting them, subject to rights that applicable law gives you.
