Privacy Policy

Depending on the features you use, Primary Toolbox may process:

• Account information, such as your name, email address, profile image, sign-in identifier, access level, and sign-in status.
• Optional profile details, such as display name, ward or branch, stake, and Primary calling.
• Lessons, programs, notes, dates, tool settings, saved wheels, and other planning or presentation choices.
• Song requests, feedback, support messages, language-review work, and communication preferences.
• AI inputs, such as prompts, selected teaching context, or a short Sidekick voice recording sent for transcription.

An authorized leader may save a child's name, optional class, and an optional Boy / Girl setting, and optional avatar hair-color preference in My Primary. This information is tied to the leader's account. It is not published on the public website or included in family rehearsal links.

Primary Toolbox is for adult leaders, teachers, and parents. Children, including children under 13, should not create accounts or use the service independently. The leader who enters the information is responsible for being authorized to manage it, following their organization's privacy requirements, and entering only what is reasonably needed. Do not enter sensitive pastoral, medical, behavioral, or family information.

Stripe processes checkout, payment methods, invoices, and billing management. Willoway Media, LLC does not directly store complete payment-card numbers. Primary Toolbox keeps limited records needed to manage your subscription and access.

When you choose an AI-assisted feature, the prompt, selected context, and related content needed to answer the request may be sent to OpenAI. A Sidekick voice recording is sent for transcription when you use that feature. Primary Toolbox does not intentionally save the original Sidekick microphone recording in its application database.

Do not include a child's name or other personal information in an AI prompt or voice recording. The Noise Meter is different: its audio analysis runs on the device and is not intentionally recorded or uploaded by Primary Toolbox.

Anyone with an enabled family rehearsal link may view the shared program and approved rehearsal material. You can disable or replace the link in Program Builder. Do not include private leader notes or child information in shared content.

Saving feedback or private planning content does not make it public.

Primary Toolbox may show embedded official video players or external watch, listen, and purchase links for songs. Loading an embedded player connects your browser to that official provider; opening an external link takes you to the linked provider's site.

Primary Toolbox and its providers process basic technical information, such as IP address, browser and device type, request details, errors, and service logs, to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

Necessary cookies support authentication. Browser storage may hold preferences, presentation progress, drafts, offline packages, and other on-device state. Clearing it may remove locally stored information.

Primary Toolbox may collect limited product-usage events, such as categorical choices made in Display Setup and the stable identity, delivered language, and presentation source of a Song that is presented. These events help explain how features are used and improve the service. They do not include Song titles or lyrics, device or network names, location, My Primary information, lesson or program contents, or user-entered free text.

When you are signed in, a usage event may be associated with your account identifier. When signed out, Primary Toolbox uses a random, same-site browser-session identifier. It is not derived from device characteristics and is not used for cross-site tracking.

• Provide, personalize, secure, and maintain Primary Toolbox.
• Save and synchronize the content and settings you request.
• Process subscriptions and determine feature access.
• Respond to feedback, support requests, and song requests.
• Send account, security, billing, service, and opted-in product communications.
• Prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and improve product reliability.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce the Terms of Service.

Primary Toolbox does not sell personal information and does not use third-party behavioral advertising.

Limited information is processed by providers that help operate Primary Toolbox:

• Clerk provides account authentication and session management.
• Neon provides hosted database infrastructure.
• Vercel hosts and delivers the application and artwork storage.
• Stripe provides subscription and payment services.
• OpenAI processes requests made through AI-assisted features.
• Resend delivers service, support, and opted-in product email.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect the rights and safety of users or the service, or in connection with a business transfer subject to appropriate protections.

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, maintain security, process billing, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and support legitimate business needs. Some records may remain in protected backups for a limited time after deletion.

• You can edit optional profile details from My Account.
• You can delete individual children, lessons, programs, and other supported saved items in the product.
• You can disable a family rehearsal share link from Program Builder.
• You can opt out of product updates in My Account or from an unsubscribe link. Essential account, security, billing, and service messages may still be sent.
• You can manage a paid subscription through the billing portal.

To request access, correction, or deletion of account information that cannot be managed in the product, email primarytoolbox@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Primary Toolbox uses reasonable measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your account and do not enter information the service does not need.

Primary Toolbox and its providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate, which may have different data-protection laws.

This policy may change as Primary Toolbox changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes may also be announced through the service when appropriate.
